In the case of irregularities in issuing statements on temporary incapacity for work, especially when such a statement was issued without direct examination of the insured person or without proper documentations which formed the basis for the stated incapacity for work, the Social Insurance Fund (ZUS) can, as a decision, withdraw the authorization for issuing the statements for the period not exceeding:
