A 35-year-old patient came to the ED complaining of a sever epigastric pain. The symptoms have lasted for over a dozen hours. Laboratory tests showed increased WBC, CRP and bilirubin concentration, decreased calcium ion concentration, increased activity of aminotransferases, amylase, lipase, LDH, GGTP and basic phosphatase. Abdominal ultrasound imaging showed a distension of intrahepatic bile ducts and blurred pancreatic outline. Indicate the correct management of this patient:
