A 14-year-old girl went to see a gynecologist due to cramp pains within lower abdomen, accompanied by nausea, vomiting and general weakness. The pain started just before her menstruation and have continued for two days. A similar condition occurred during her last cycle. The girl is disturbed as she had her menarche the year before and did not have any similar symptoms. Gynecological exam did not reveal any abnormalities.
